Yes, I have written about this Chocolate Layered Dessert before. Click here to view additional pictures and the recipe on an earlier post.
Today, I wanted to show you what a pretty presentation this Chocolate Layered Dessert makes using Libby’s mini coupe individuals glasses. These glasses are very small, only 4.4 ounces, which is a great way to have portion control, especially if your New Year’s goal was to drop a few pounds. Maybe if I learned how to eat a smaller portion of dessert, I would not gain as much weight. Desserts have always been my weakness, especially chocolate desserts.
This is definitely one of my favorite desserts. It would make a great dessert and presentation in these very cute glasses for Valentine’s Day. I just fell in love with these mini dishes after our Disney Cruise to Alaska this past year. You can read all about the cruise on my blog. It seemed like all of the desserts on the ship were in these cute mini dishes. Libby has a variety of styles. You can top this chocolate layered dessert with homemade whipped heavy cream and decorative chocolate hearts; see earlier post.
Prepare boxed brownie mix in a 13×18 baking sheet. Cut with a biscuit or cookie cutter.
See earlier post on my blog (part 1) for the recipe and specific instructions.
Layered the brownie, then cream cheese & sugar mixture, chocolate pudding, and repeat. Top with whipped heavy cream or Cool Whip and a decorative heart for Valentine’s.

The glasses really contribute to the overall impression. The dessert must be delicious. In fact, it reminded me of the gift I’m gonna give to my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. I’ve made a private booking for one of the courses organized by Zac’s cooking school here in Vancouver – cooking classes for couples and your recipe will most certainly be among the first ones we’ll try together. So it fits in perfectly with my romantic plans.
