Microwave Peanut Brittle

I will never make Peanut Brittle again on the stove. This Microwave recipe was sent to me by a Recipes for our Daily Bread follower. This Peanut Brittle was so easy and really great! It is a winner.

    I will definitely save this recipe and try it. Thank you so much for thinking about me and sharing this recipe. I love to try new ideas.

    Have a great Sunday and stay warm. We are in the 20’s today in Arkansas. We still have lots of ice and we had more freezing rain last night. They even canceled church. Crazy weather!

    Diane, I owe you one cranberry dip – Recipe original was package of cream cheese, tbsp mayo – 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries chopped.
    My version: one package cream cheese, one large tbsp Boston market ( or cranberry sauce) large hand full of nuts. Eat with butter crackers, bagels muffins.
