Ham & Pineapple Grilled Cheese

Ham & Pineapple Grilled Cheese Recipe

I used honey with brown mustard for the sauce and added ham, pineapple, and lots of cheese.

If you have leftover ham from the holidays, try this Ham & Pineapple Grilled Cheese.   I mix up equal portions of honey with brown mustard and add it to both slices of bread.  I added a slice or two of pineapple; some baked ham or deli sliced ham, at least two pieces of Swiss cheese, and then grilled it on both sides.  It is that easy!  This Ham & Pineapple Grilled Cheese is also full of flavor.  The sweetness of the pineapple, ham, and honey with the spice in the mustard is a great combination.  This is my favorite way to eat leftover ham.  I am always disappointed  after all the baked ham leftovers are gone.  If you are planning on having a baked ham during the holiday season, same some leftovers for this super delicious sandwich.  I would love to hear what you think.
