Adding more fruits and vegetables to our diets can be difficult. It is easier to eat fruits and vegetables if you drink smoothies, but let’s face it they do not always taste good. We do not drink them if they do not taste YUMMY! I have experimented with all sorts of smoothies including adding green tea, protein powder, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. These first two smoothie recipes are so simple to make, great for you, and super delicious. I started out making smoothies with just fruits. The smoothies below include a Triple Berry Almond Milk Smoothie and a Blueberry Peach Almond Milk Smoothie. Both of these smoothies are great tasting and good for you. These smoothies would make a wonderful after school snack for your kids or a delicious filling breakfast.
