Epicurean is allowing me to giveaway a cutting board and you can pick the shape of the state cutting board you would like to have. Giveaway ends May 14, 2014.
Most of you already know I live in Arkansas. So, the cutting board above represents Arkansas. You can pick which state board you would like to have. These cutting boards would make great gifts for anyone who enjoys cooking. I am always looking for a gift for someone who has everything. Everyone is proud of their state or at least the state where they were born. What better way to show the love for your state than a cutting board you use often in your kitchen. It would make a great conversation piece at any gathering. I will definitely be using my cutting board during football parties, family gatherings, tailgating, backyard grilling, and many other uses.
I already own a Epicurean cutting board, so I know they make great products.
Who is Epicurean? Why are their cutting boards different?
What caught my attention about their cutting boards and other kitchen products is:
the cutting boards have a lifetime warranty.
the cutting boards do NOT harbor bacteria & are Certified by the National Sanitary Foundation.
the cutting boards are made in USA on the North Shore of Lake Superior.
the cutting boards are dishwasher safe. YEAH!!
the cutting boards can handle heat up to 350 degrees.
If something has a lifetime warranty, I know the company must stand behind and believe in the quality of their products. Their cutting boards are made from “multiple layers of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood fibers, compressed with a food safe resin”. I do not know exactly what that means BUT what I found interesting is this material is used to build Skate Park Ramps for in-line skaters to skate on. It’s True!! Epicurean was started by TrueRide. TrueRide builds skate park ramps. They wanted a way to use leftover materials after building skate parks. I figure if this leftover material can handle the wear and tear of skateboarders, it would hold up in my kitchen.
Epicurean gave me a cookbook to review and one to giveaway, however the opinions expressed are my own.
The winner will be contacted by e-mail on May 15, 2014. They will have 24 hours to respond and claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, another winner will be chosen. U.S. residents only age 13 plus.
