What is my husband Jerry’s favorite foods? BBQ, Hamburgers, and Steak. So in his honor for Father’s Day, I am adding a RoundUp with his favorite foods.
It is not easy raising five kids. Carly is now 22 and full time in medical school. She will start her second year of training to become a doctor in August. Casey will be 18 in August. He will be a senior in high school this year. Caleb, our special needs son, will also be 18 in August. Jonah is 15 and Diana will be 12 in July. With this crew, Jerry would agree it takes lots of patience and prayer. We all thank him for his dedication to making sure our family honors God, stays in church, prays, and studies God’s Word.
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
For those of you whose fathers are no longer with us, I totally understand. My father passed away when I was 24. He was only 58 years old. I still miss him tremendously. He was a wonderful daddy.
– I love this tribute to how important fathers are. Be sure to watch the video.

It is OK to use one of my photos but Please LINK BACK. I believe the secret to building stronger families that stick together, communicate more, and love each other is to cook together, eating around the table together, play together, vacation together, and share God’s love.
