LOADED CHILI QUESO CHEESE DIP
Velveta Cheese and non-brands like Kroger carry white cheese or Queso. The Kroger brand Queso I purchased has Jalapenos included in it too. If you are a white cheese dip fan, you will love this cheese product. It is great by itself melted with a little milk, but I like to use it to make this Chili Queso Dip. It is not only terrific as a dip but outstanding smothered on top of a hot dog or hamburger. So, do not toss the leftovers. Try serving it on top on your hot dogs.
This queso recipe a simple version of a warm chili cheese dip served in popular restaurants like Chili’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. Be sure to serve this Loaded Chili Queso dip with your favorite tortilla chips.
Once queso ingredients are melted and thickened up in a slow cooker, turn the slow cooker to warm. It will be ready anytime your guest wants a terrific treat.
This recipe is adapted from KARK channel four news in Little Rock, AR. I replace the ground beef with ground sausage.
