This tasty cheese dip includes Velveeta Queso, ground sausage, can chili, paprika, chili powder, Cayenne pepper, cumin, and milk.
LOADED CHILI QUESO CHEESE DIP
Velveeta Cheese and non-brands like Kroger carry white cheese or Queso. The Kroger brand Queso I purchased has Jalapenos included in it too. If you are a white cheese dip fan, you will love this cheese product. It is great by itself melted with a little milk, but I like to use it to make this Chili Queso Dip. It is not only terrific as a dip but outstanding smothered on top of a hot dog or hamburger. So, do not toss the leftovers. Try serving it on top on your hot dogs.

Use Your Slow Cooker To Prepare This Cheese Dip
Once queso ingredients are melted and thickened up in a slow cooker, turn the slow cooker to warm. It will be ready anytime your guest wants a terrific treat.
This recipe is adapted from KARK channel four news in Little Rock, AR. I replace the ground beef with ground sausage.
- 16 ounces Velveeta Queso
- 1 pound ground sausage, cooked
- One - 15 ounce can chili
- Two teaspoons paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup milk
- Spray a slow cooker with a cooking spray.
- Brown the ground sausage and add it to the slow cooker.
- Chop up the Queso Cheese into large cubes and add it to a slow cooker.
- Add in the canned chili
- Next, add the chili powder, Cayenne pepper, cumin, and milk.
- Cook 2 - ½ hours in a slow cooker on low.
