Description

These Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Cups are made with Betty Crocker cookie mix and Snickers Minis.

Ingredients

1-pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on cookie mix package
36 Mini Snickers cups

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Place mini paper baking cup in each of 36 mini muffin cups.
In large bowl, stir cookie mix, water, oil and egg until soft dough forms.
Shape dough into 1 tablespoon balls.
Bake 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Immediately press 1 Mini Snickers into the center of each cookie.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Once the cookie cups are cool, use a knife to gently “scoop” out the cookies. This is where spraying the muffin tin before baking is crucial.  Otherwise, your cookies will stick to the pan!
  • If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for long-term storing.
