CARAMEL STUFFED GINGERBREAD COOKIES

You can smell Christmas in the air with these Caramel Stuffed Gingerbread Cookies.

These Caramel Stuffed Gingerbread cookies are filled with gooey caramel.  I took my original flavorful Molasses Gingerbread cookies and stuffed them with caramel.

Because these Gingerbread cookies have caramel centers, they are best served warm, straight from the oven or reheated in the microwave.  When you serve them warm, the caramel centers are oh-so gooey. The flavorful spices and gooey caramel center make these Gingerbread cookies a special holiday treat.
