CARAMEL GINGERBREAD COOKIES

You can smell Christmas in the air with these Caramel Stuffed Gingerbread Cookies.

These soft baked Molasses Gingerbread cookies are stuffed with gooey caramel.  I took my original flavorful Molasses Gingerbread cookies and stuffed them with caramel.

Because these Gingerbread cookies have ooey-gooey caramel centers, they are best served warm, straight from the oven or reheated in the microwave.  The flavorful spices and gooey caramel center make these Gingerbread cookies a special holiday treat.
