Are you a Strawberry White Chocolate fan?  If so, you need to try these Easy Creamy Strawberry White Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies.

My inspiration for these Easy Strawberry White Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies came from  Carrie at A Mother’s Shadow.  Her cookies below inspired me so much.  I loved that they were easy to make, they were made with a lemon cake mix, and she used white chocolate too.   After reading about her Luscious Lemon Cookies, I had to try baking strawberry cookies with white chocolate.  I am so glad I tried the strawberry, white chocolate cookies they turned out great.

Do Not Over Cook Them

The first batch I put into the oven, I set the timer for 10 minutes.  It was probably closer to 11 minutes before I could take them out of the oven.  The pictures below are from the first batch I made.  They were not as soft as I wanted them to be.  The second batch I baked between 8 and 9 minutes.  They turned out perfect.  The center was still creamy and heavenly.

Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies

I used one of my favorite candies in these Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies, which is Hershey’s Bliss.  They are so soft and creamy on the inside.  Hershey Chocolate did not pay me to do this post.  Nor do I have any affiliation with any Hershey products.  I love Hershey’s Bliss White Chocolate and wanted to try them in these cookies.
