What is in this Green Smoothie?
This green smoothie includes bananas, Cuties (small oranges), frozen strawberries, and lots of spinach. It is loaded with iron, Vitamin C, potassium and lots more.
You know as well as I do that we all eat way too many processed food. Most of us never get enough fruits and vegetables especially leafy green vegetables. Generations after generations of parents try to get their kids to eat healthier which includes eating their vegetables. There are also lots of adults out there that never eat greens.
We know that greens are good for us, so why not just eat them?
Most of us either don’t have the time or just don’t like eating our greens. After all, if I could eat something tasty like fried chicken, a juicy hamburger, a steak or a pile of creamy pasta I am not going to choose to eat a salad.

GREEN SMOOTHIE TASTES TERRIFIC PICKY EATER
- 1 cup water
- 1 – 1/2 bananas
- Two small seedless oranges Cuties
- 3 cups packed fresh baby spinach
- Ten medium frozen strawberries
- Use a mixer (I used a Vitamix) and blend until combined and well pureed
