Marsha’s Easy Honey Mustard Pork Loin
This easy pork loin recipe is from my sister-in-law, Marsha. She loves easy recipes to help her put dinner on the table quickly. Marsha has two teenage boys who well let’s just say they love to eat. This pork loin is not only easy to fix, but her boys enjoy it. She made it even simpler to prepare by substituting the honey and mustard for a bottle of honey mustard dressing. Marsha simply seasons the pork loin with salt and pepper and browns it in a hot skillet on all sides. Next, the pork loin is covered with a honey mustard dressing. The top of the pork loin is then packed with brown sugar and baked in the oven. It is truly super straightforward and delicious. You will not have to call anyone to dinner. The smell coming from your oven will fill your entire house. Your kitchen will be filled with family and friends waiting to taste this scrumptious honey mustard pork loin
Marsha survived cancer three times
My sister-in-law, Marsha, always looks amazing. She is truly beautiful on the inside and out. If you did not know that she was a three-time cancer survivor and still receives chemo, you would never know it by looking at her. No matter how Marsha feels, she gets dressed every day, puts a smile on her face and goes about her day. She has a fantastic attitude and sets the best example for not only her family but everyone she knows. You will never have a clue how she feels, but the fact is she does not always feel good. She was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34 and has been battling cancer now for 12 years. Every time, Marsha has stopped her chemo treatments cancer came back. Praise God; she has defeated cancer three times. Because of having cancer so many times, the doctor put Marsha on a ten-year chemo treatment program. She currently receives chemo every three weeks and has been receiving it for the past six years. She has four more years before they take her off this treatment plan.
Bravest and Toughest Person I Know
Again, Marsha will never admit it but being on a long-term chemo treatment plan has caused multiple problems with her body including Lymphedema. She is the bravest and toughest person I know. She is an example and hero to everyone who knows her. You will never hear Marsha complaining. Instead of complaining, she will tell her story but gives God all the praise and Glory for allowing her to be here still. Marsha will tell you how much God helped her get through some tough days. Marsha is always grateful she is alive. Marsha praises her Lord and Savior and wants everyone to know how good God has been to her. If you are struggling with something that seems too big to defeat including cancer, remember that God has already won the big battle against Satan. If you believe in Him, He fights your battles for you. Do not lose faith or hope in God. Do not be mad at God. Simply rely on, depend and have faith that He will see you through your struggles.

Why does Marsha love this Pork Loin recipe?
On the days she is not feeling well, this pork loin recipe is easy to make. It even fills up her hungry boys and their friends. Marsha has made this pork loin to feed her son’s high school football team. It is the perfect lean protein for a group of hungry football players.

- A Pork Loin
- 8 ounce Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1 cup Brown Sugar or enough to completely cover your pork loin
- Salt and Pepper the pork lion well on both sides.
- In a skillet, brown the pork lion 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Place the roast in a safe oven pan.
- Spray it will a cooking spray.
- Cover the pork lion with the honey mustard dressing. It will cover the bottom of the pan too.
- Completely cover the pork lion and the honey mustard dressing with brown sugar.
- Pack the brown sugar down with your hand.
- Bake uncovered 375 degrees
- about 1 hour or until it reaches 160 degrees.
- Well done pork is 160 degrees
