We all love hot and juicy Rotisserie chicken.  You know the whole chicken that just falls apart and drips juicy goodness.

This easy recipe Rotisserie chicken is super juicy and tastes terrific.  It is a perfect weekday meal.

You can make this Oven Roasted Rotisserie Chicken with three ingredients including the chicken.  Besides a whole chicken, you need a Creole Butter Cajun Injector and Rotisserie Seasoning.  It is an easy recipe to fix.  You could even prepare the chicken with the injection and seasonings the day before and stick it in the oven an hour before dinner.

I will show you easy steps below to making this chicken.

SECRETS TO FIX ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

Two Ingredients Plus The Chicken Is All You Need

Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning is fantastic on this whole chicken but to add additional flavor and keep the chicken super moist you need to inject it.  I use a Creole Butter Cajun Injector.  It is easy to use, and you can find it in your grocery store.  The results are an incredibly juicy moist chicken that tastes terrific.

Creole Butter Injectable Marinade Plus Rotisserie Chicken

OVEN ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN - This easy recipe is super juicy and tastes terrific.  It is a perfect weekday meal.

For A One Pot Meal Add Green Beans And Potatoes

Whether you prepare this Cajun Roasted Whole Chicken in the crockpot or the oven, you need to add some green beans and potatoes around the bottom of the baking dish.  The potatoes and green beans will soak up all the flavors of the chicken.  They are terrific!  If you are a mushroom fan, they are fabulous cooked around this chicken.  While the chicken is cooling and being cut into pieces, my kids will pop a green bean or potato in their mouths over and over.  I have to make my family stop eating their vegetables cooked with this Cajun Roasted Chicken until we put the food on the table.

First Step:

  • Wash and dry the chicken well.

Second Step:

  • Inject the chicken with the full amount of Cajun injector
  • Season the chicken well on the inside and outside with ROTISSERIE CHICKEN seasoning.

Third Step:

  • Place a meat thermometer in the chicken.   Most ovens these days has one built into the oven.  If not, check the check with a handheld meat thermometer.

Fourth Step:

  • Bake Chicken at 350 for 30 minutes.

Fifth Step:

  • To make a one pot meal, remove chicken from the oven and add the green beans and potatoes around the bottom of the chicken.
  • Add a cup of chicken broth.

Sixth Step: Bake Until It Reaches 170 Degrees F

  • Continue baking until the chicken temperature reaches 170 degrees about 15 more minutes.  Most ovens these days has one built into the oven.  If not, check the check with a handheld meat thermometer.

Seventh Step: Brown The Skin

  • Turn the oven to broil, and cook until the chicken skin browns about 5 minutes.  The will depend on the rack you put it on.  Please do not leave the oven!  Watch it continuously while it is boiling.  It will brown quickly.
