HOW TO MAKE EASY RED VELVET LAYERED DESSERT

HOW TO MAKE EASY RED VELVET LAYERED DESSERT

LAYER ONE: RED VELVET CAKE

  • Just follow the ingredients and instructions for a Red Velvet Cake mix. I used Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake mix. I mixed it up and poured it into a 13 x 18 baking sheet that I lined with parchment paper and baked for 18 minutes. After the cake comes out of the oven, remove the parchment paper and cake from the pan. Allow time for it to cool.

LAYER TWO: Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Use an electric mixer and blend the cream cheese, sugar, and Cool whip until smooth.

LAYER THREE – White Chocolate Pudding

  • Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and the cold water. Whisk in the dry pudding mix until well blended. Refrigerate until it firms up.

LAYER FOUR: Heavy Whipped Cream

  • Make sure that everything is very cold before whipping the heavy cream, including the heavy cream, bowl, and the beaters. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Once the soft peaks form, you can add the sugar. If you whip heavy cream too long, it will turn into butter, so watch it carefully.

White chocolate pudding for the Red Velvet layered dessert.

I have a Chocolate Layered Dessert recipe where I use a box brownie mix and layer with cream cheese and whipped cream.  It is an easy, fantastic dessert.  It gave me the inspiration to create this creamy, dreamy dessert.  This dessert is easy to prepare using a Red Velvet box cake mix.  It is layered with a cream cheese mixture, white chocolate pudding, and heavy whipped cream.  This Red Velvet Layered dessert makes a beautiful presentation.  Since this red velvet layered dessert is red and white, it is perfect for a Valentine’s Day dessert.  I truly hope you enjoy some of my favorite dessert ingredients together in this Red Velvet Layered Dessert.  You may also enjoy my Layered Banana Pudding.
