Orange Cranberry Sauce
One of my favorite sandwiches is the Orange Cranberry Club from McAlister’s. The combination of cranberry and orange is excellent on a turkey sandwich. This sandwich is a great way to use up your leftover turkey and cranberry sauce. I make sure and save some of my Crock-Pot Cranberry Sauce with a hint of orange to make this turkey sandwich. You can also mix equal amounts of orange marmalade in canned cranberry sauce. It works well too. I add two pieces of Swiss cheese which helps makes this sandwich become an oozy, gooey treat when grilled.
Layer This Sandwich
To build your sandwich, spread the Orange Cranberry Sauce on two pieces of bread. Add swiss cheese on both pieces of bread with leftover sliced turkey or deli turkey on top. Grill until golden brown. If you are preparing several of these Turkey Cranberry Grilled Cheese sandwiches at one time, you can bake them in the oven until golden brown.
Before baking, spread mayonnaise on the tops and bottoms of both pieces of bread. The mayonnaise helps your Turkey Cranberry Grilled Cheese come out golden brown. Add the mayonnaise on the outside of the bread no matter if you are grilling your sandwich in a skillet or baking it.

TURKEY CRANBERRY GRILLED CHEESE
- sandwich bread two slices
- 2 tablespoon Orange Cranberry Sauce
- Swiss Cheese two pieces
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 tablespoons of mayo
- To build your sandwich, spread the Orange Cranberry Sauce on two pieces of bread.
- Add swiss cheese on both pieces of bread with leftover sliced turkey or deli turkey on top.
- Before grilling or baking your grilled cheese sandwich, spread mayonnaise on the outside of both pieces of bread.
- Grill until golden brown.
