Why I Blog?

I started blogging to organize my recipes and vacations.  I wanted to to easily share them with my family and friends.  I was also hoping my children will one day really appreciate all our family’s favorite recipes and vacations being in one place to view.

My prayer is by blogging my family’s favorite recipes, vacations, and stories about us, it will encourage families to spend time cooking together, eating around the table together, sharing memories together.  I also pray you will share God’s love around these activities.  I believe that this is the recipe to help build strong families that stick together, trust each other, and love each other.

    • Sindy, First of all, I LOVE your blog. I look forward to seeing your posts. Thank you so much for letting me know about the Follow Me widget. I have no idea what happened to it. It has always been at the top right of the homepage. I switched host in December. That is the only thing that has been different.
Anyway, I put it back up BUT I am so excited to announce that I am having a NEW THEME made. It will be uploaded on Monday. The new Theme page has a very large area for people to follow me on the top right hand corner.

Thank you again for letting me know this. This explains alot why I have not received any new followers since December. Blessings, Diane Roark

      • Hi Diane, I just tried to add my email address in the follow me widget on your blog and the “sign me up” link is not live. I tried clicking the link and hitting “enter” too. Nothing happened. Let me know when it’s fixed and I’ll follow you.

        Thanks, Sindy
