Flakey Pie Crust-Recipe-Video
This super flaky pie crust makes two.

Servings: 2 pies
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Crisco shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 teaspoons vinegar apple cider
- 8 TB ice water prepare a cup of ice water and then take six tablespoons from the glass
Cut the shortening into flour using a pastry cutter or a fork, add the sugar and the salt.
Add the egg, vinegar, and ice water to the center of the flour mixture.
Use your hands at this point and make the dough into a ball.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
Makes two pie crusts.
