WHITE CHOCOLATE CANDY CLUSTERS WITH PRINGLES

These White Chocolate Candy Clusters have a whole can of crushed Pringles in them.

Ingredients

  • 1 small can red-skinned Spanish peanuts about 2 cups
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or wafers 12-ounce package
  • 1 can Original Pringles crushed

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and stir well until smooth. You can also use a double broiler.
  • If using the microwave, microwave the chocolate for 1 minute and stir well until smooth. If you need more time, only microwave 10 to 15 seconds at a time and stir until all the chocolate is melted.
  • Add crushed Pringles and peanuts. Mix until well blended.
  • Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper or parchment paper until they harden.

Notes

White Chocolate wafer melt easier than chips.
