Ingredients

  • GROUND BEEF INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pounds of ground beef
  • 6-ounce burgers equals ten burgers
  • 8-ounce burgers equals eight burgers
  • Two tablespoons Grill Mates Hamburger seasonings or Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • One teaspoon granulated garlic
  • One teaspoon black pepper
  • Two teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • PLUS
  • pound bacon cooked
  • one fried egg for each burger
  • Cayenne Ranch dressing
  • piece leaf lettuce for each burger
  • sliced tomato for each burger

Instructions

  • Mix the ground beef with Montreal Steak Seasoning, granulated garlic, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  • PATTY THE GROUND BEEF
  • Allow the ground beef patties to rest in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook burgers on the griddle about 4 minutes on each side for a medium burger.
  • Add the cheese a minute or two just before removing the burger from the griddle.
  • ASSEMBLE THE FARM BURGER
  • Spread a tablespoon of Cayenne Ranch Dressing on each side of a hamburger bun.
  • Add the cheeseburger on top of the Cayenne Ranch.
  • Layer on a piece of leaf lettuce and a slice of tomato.
  • Next, add two slices of bacon.
  • Top everything off with a runny fried egg.
  • Place the top piece of the hamburger bun on the burger.
