AMBROSIA

What is in my Ambrosia?

This ambrosia is not full of jello, pudding, marshmallows, nor cherries.  The apples and oranges are fresh and truly the shining ingredients.  To make this ambrosia, you will simply need six simple ingredients including 10 oranges, 10 apples, coconut, pecans, orange juice, and a little sugar. I am going to teach you the easy steps to making this ambrosia salad in this blog post.

Equipment

  • large bowl

Ingredients

  • 10 apples peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 10 oranges sectioned and  seeds removed
  • I use CUTIES because they are seedless. I cut them in half.
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Instructions

  • Mix everything together and refrigerate.
