OVEN ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • One whole chicken
  • 1 bottle Creole Butter Cajun Marinade Injector
  • 4 teaspoons ROTISSERIE CHICKEN seasoning.
  • One cup chicken broth
  • Green beans and chopped potatoes to fit around your pan.

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the chicken well
  • Inject the chicken with the full amount of Cajun injector
  • Season the chicken well on the inside and outside ROTISSERIE CHICKEN seasoning.
  • Place a meat thermometer in the chicken.
  • Bake Chicken at 350 for 30 minutes and add the green beans and potatoes around the bottom of the chicken.
  • Add a cup of chicken broth too.
  • Continue baking until the chicken temperature reaches 170 degrees about 40 minutes.  Most ovens these days has one built into the oven.  If not, check the check with a handheld meat thermometer.
  • Turn the oven to broil, and cook until the chicken skin browns about 5 minutes.  The will depend on the rack you put it on.  Please do not leave the oven!  Watch it constantly while it is boiling.  It will brown quickly.
