MUSHROOM STEAK SAUCE

When I tell you this Mushroom Steak Sauce is what dreams are made of,  it is not my over-inflated exaggeration.  Seriously, this steak sauce is creamy dreamy tasty goodness!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced which equals 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet.
  • Saute the garlic in the melted butter.
  • Add the Montreal Steak Seasoning, Worcheshire sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream.
  • Put the mushrooms in the cream mixture.
  • Simmer the mushroom sauce until mushrooms are tender and the sauce has reduced down and thickened.
