MUSHROOM STEAK SAUCE
When I tell you this Mushroom Steak Sauce is what dreams are made of, it is not my over-inflated exaggeration. Seriously, this steak sauce is creamy dreamy tasty goodness!
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 6 cloves garlic minced which equals 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
Melt the butter in a large skillet.
Saute the garlic in the melted butter.
Add the Montreal Steak Seasoning, Worcheshire sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream.
Put the mushrooms in the cream mixture.
Simmer the mushroom sauce until mushrooms are tender and the sauce has reduced down and thickened.
