Insane Garlic Butter Mushrooms STUFFED Chicken
Mushrooms soak up all the garlic, butter, onion, Worcestershire, and Italian seasonings in a creamy sauce. The chicken breast is cut horizontally and filled with ham and cheese. It is then sauteed in a skillet which makes it super easy to make.

- GRILLED CHICKEN:
- 6 chicken breast skinless boneless
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
- MUSHROOM SAUCE:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 pound mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- juice one lemon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
Slice the chicken breast horizontally, butterfly the chicken.
Stuff chicken breast with cheese and prosciutto (ham).
Season the chicken breasts with seasoning salt, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Using a couple tablespoons of oil or butter, cook the chicken breast in a hot skillet season side down.
Season the top after adding the chicken to the skillet.
Turn once halfway through the process about 10 minutes on each side.
Melt four tablespoons of butter in a large skillet.
Saute the garlic and the onion in the butter.
Stir in the chicken broth.
Add the juice of one lemon.
One Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Blend
Add the heavy cream
Add the sliced mushrooms.
Slowly cook the mushrooms until tender.
