Topping:

heavy cream
1/4
cup

Vanilla Wafers
Instructions
Using a food processor, combine the Vanilla Wafers, sugar, and butter.
Bake 10 minutes on 375 degrees. LET COOL!
With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk,
In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix and the milk until no lumps are in it.
Slowly add the pudding mix to the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
Whip up two cups of heavy cream.
Fold the heavy cream into the pudding mixture.
Add slice two bananas and add a tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
Layer bananas in the bottom of the 9.5-inch deep dish pie plate.
Cover bananas with salted caramel.
Cover bananas and caramel with pudding cream cheese mixture.
TOPPING
Whip the heavy cream with the sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
Decorate the top of the pie with whipped heavy cream with sugar.
Add extra Vanilla wafers and sliced bananas to decorate on top of the whipped cream.
Refrigerate overnight
Notes
This recipe makes a very full pie. You may want to make two pies.
