NO BAKE LEMON PIE
Whip up this fabulous easy to make No-Bake Lemon Pie in minutes with 4 ingredients.
Two - 8-ounce packages cream cheese
Two - 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
fresh Lemon Juice
frozen whipped topping
Using a food processor, pulse 9 Graham Crackers
Mix in 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup butter.
Pulse until everything has combined and starts sticking together.
Pack the Graham Cracker crumbs into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan
Bake 10 minutes 375-degree oven
Let crust cool
Using an electric mixer, blend together cream cheese and Sweetened Condensed Milk until creamy.
Mix in the fresh lemon juice.
Next, fold in frozen whipped topping.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Refrigerating the pie overnight would be even better.
