SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD
This classic flavorful Southern Potato Salad is made with mayonnaise, creole mustard, boiled eggs, bacon, celery, pickle relish, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and Worcestershire.
Wash and cut New Potatoes similar in bite-size.
Boil the potatoes until tender using a couple of teaspoons salt.
Drain the water from the potatoes. Leave the potatoes in the pot.
Combine the potatoes, chopped celery, sliced eggs, and crumbled bacon.
In a separate bowl, combine the mayo, creole mustard, Worcestershire, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
Mix the dressing well with the potato, shrimp, celery, eggs, and bacon.
