  • 1 package Hickory Smoked Bacon Great Value
  • 1 package Fresh Brussels Sprouts Halves Marketside
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper


  • If you cannot find Great Value Fresh Brussels Sprouts halves, purchase the whole ones.
    Cut the end off that attaches to the stalk. Now, cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  • Cut each strip of bacon into eight pieces, lengthwise.
  • Empty bacon pieces into a skillet that has been heated to 350 degrees.
  • Cook bacon until brown and crispy.
  • Remove bacon from the skillet. Place it on paper towels. Leave bacon grease in the skillet.
  • Pour one bag of brussels sprouts into the skillet.
  • Flit each of the brussels sprouts over with the flat side down in the skillet.
  • Place a lid on the skillet and cook the Brussels sprouts for 8 minutes.
  • After 8 minutes, check one of the Brussels Sprouts to see if the bottom side has caramelized.
  • If the Brussels Sprouts are caramelized, turn them all over and season them with salt and pepper.
  • Add the crumbled bacon and cook an additional two minutes.


Add a teaspoon of granulated garlic with the salt and pepper.
Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese just before removing the brussels sprouts from the skillet.
