Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes.

Brown the meat in the pressure cooker.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Seal the pressure cooker up.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Spoon onto hamburger buns.
