Quick and Easy Healthy Smoothie Helps to Boosts Your Immune System
- 1-1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- If you are using fresh fruit add 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice.
Add the Almond milk to the blender and then the frozen peaches.
Blend until smooth.
Add the frozen blueberries and blend until smooth.
If you are using fresh fruit, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice and blend until very smooth.
