Easy No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

Light and fluffy no-bake cheesecake-like pie.

  • mixer
  • 10 inch deep dish pie pan


  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 15 ounces can pumpkin puree
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 16 ounces Whipped Topping frozen whipped topping, THAWED
  • 1 graham cracker crust store-bought  MUST USE DEEP DISH!


  • Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and pumpkin puree.
  • Next, add the pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Fold the whipped topping into the pumpkin mixture by hand until blended.
  • Finally, Pour into a DEEP DISH graham cracker crust.
  • And, Refrigerate overnight for best results.


This will make a thick pie in a deep dish.  You could also make two regular pies.
