BBQ BACON CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion chopped very small
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 7 pieces slice cheese cheddar or Colby
- 1-1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 6 pieces bacon cooked hard and crumbled
- 2 packs Hawaiian Rolls 9 count
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
While the ground beef is browning, add the chopped onion.
After the ground beef is brown, add the pepper, cheddar cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce.
Slice both packages of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontal. Do not separate the rolls.
Place them on a baking sheet or a 9x13 baking dish.
Divide the ground beef mixture amount all the Hawaiian rolls.
Top the beef mixture with cheddar or Colby cheese.
Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls back on the top of everything.
Bake 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted.
