  • 1-1/2 cups Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup blackberries frozen


  • Add the Almond milk to the blender with one or two frozen berries.
  • Blend well until smooth. Add the other frozen berries.
  • Blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit, add ½ cup to ¾ cup ice.


If using fresh fruit, use 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice.
