I think they were having a lot of fun playing with this Veggetti. To make zucchini pasta, I put the zucchini in the Veggetti and twisted it.

This Veggetti is was not difficult to twist, and the best news was I was not afraid of cutting myself. It seems much safer than my mandoline.
Zucchini noodles can be enjoyed raw in salads or with pasta dishes, but you can also boil, saute, and microwave them. They are full of water. When using them in a pasta dish, decrease the wet ingredients or let the zucchini pasta drain in a strainer for at least 15 minutes. Next, dry them well using paper towels.
